The Minnesota office was founded in 1986, by Rose Schaffhausen, the Upper Midwest Region is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It encompasses the states of Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. NPH raises the kids and we raise the funds.
