At NPH, we believe that if you want to change the world, you start with children.
For more than 70 years, Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH) — “Our Little Brothers and Sisters,” and known in French as Nos Petits Frères et Sœurs — has stood beside vulnerable children and families in Latin America and the Caribbean. Through education, health care, faith formation, and family support rooted in love and dignity, we help children overcome poverty and build brighter futures.
What sets NPH apart is our holistic approach. We embrace the whole child through residential care, community-based family strengthening programs, and the life-saving health care provided by St. Damien Pediatric Hospital in Haiti — helping children not only survive, but grow into compassionate, capable leaders who give back to their communities.
What makes NPH different is our holistic comprehensive, lifelong approach to child empowerment. We don’t focus on just one need — we embrace the whole child, in all of their individuality and specific context. we see the whole child. Through our residential care, community-based family strengthening programs, and the life-saving healthcare provided by St. Damien Pediatric Hospital in Haiti, NPH helps children not only survive but grow into compassionate, capable leaders who give back to their communities.
