NPH USA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement
NPH USA is part of a global family. We work in solidarity with children, their families and their communities facing personal and systemic barriers across Latin America and the Caribbean every day. We strive daily to foster an environment where equity, inclusion and belonging are more than just words, they’re our reality. At NPH USA, we believe all people should have the opportunity to live and work with dignity.
Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for “Our Little Brothers and Sisters”) was founded in Mexico in 1954 by Fr. William B. Wasson. Eleven years later, his friends and family in Arizona created a nonprofit organization called Friends of Our Little Brothers to support his work with orphaned and disadvantaged children.
