Swirl, sniff, sip, have fun, and give back at a red wine tasting benefitting St. Damien Pediatric Hospital.
Hosted by Dr. Sarah and Lucas Krammes
Supported by the Akron Children’s Hospital Global Health Fund.
How the wine tasting and admission works:
- Form teams of 1-3 and bring 3 bottles of the exact same brand and vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon plus a donation for admission.
- Wines will be tasted anonymously and voted on by guests. If your wine is voted as the winner, you receive a bottle of each wine tasted.
- We cannot accept other types of red wine and entering wine is not a requirement (however, donations are highly encouraged!)
- Wine winner announced at 9:45 p.m.
Casual attire. Food and additional beverages provided.
Registration required by September 13th, 2024.
If you are unable to attend, please consider making a donation to support St. Damien Pediatric Hospital.
Founded in 1989, St. Damien provides long-term care to critically ill children and high-risk expectant mothers who would have nowhere else to go. The hospital employs over 500 Haitians and provides more than 53,000 services to women and children annually. St. Damien is the only hospital in Haiti that provides specialized pediatric oncology care.
