The recent violence and chaos in Haiti, sadly, has marked these times as the worst humanitarian crisis in Haiti since the catastrophic earthquake of 2010. Many hospitals there have been forced to shutter, yet medical staff at St. Damien Pediatric Hospital in Port-au-Prince are working 24/7 shifts to provide emergency care for children and expectant mothers. Medical supplies and fuel are being rapidly depleted, meaning they need funds to replenish vital supplies to meet the extraordinary demand.
