Casey Guevara-Lehker

The NPH USA National Board of Directors has named a new President and CEO.

Dear Friends of NPH USA,

On behalf of the Board of Directors of NPH USA it is my pleasure to introduce our new President and CEO — Casey Guevara-Lehker, who assumed this position on September 3rd. Casey is no stranger to NPH USA having worked for the organization in various roles. Joining us in 2016 as NPH Trips Coordinator, he assumed increasing responsibilities, including Director of International Engagement and Executive Office, and Development Manager. Most recently, Casey has served as a member of our National Board of Directors.

Casey has spent the past three years as the Director of Major Gifts at the U.S. Soccer Federation. At USSF, he was responsible for development, including strategies to cultivate and develop major gifts. I see Casey as a collaborative “servant leader” with a passion for the NPH mission as well as fresh and exciting ideas to lead NPH USA forward in support of the youth and families we serve across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Having been connected to our organization for nearly a decade, Casey says,

“I am humbled, honored and incredibly excited to be stepping into the role of President and CEO at NPH USA. My journey to this position has been fueled by a commitment to social change and a belief in the power of collective action. Over the course of 70 years, NPH has made a unique and indelible mark on the lives of generations of children who would otherwise feel hopeless and left behind. I feel privileged to lead NPH USA in our charter to support these children who are counting on us to be able to live a life without fear and become their best selves.”

It has been a privilege to serve as Interim CEO for the past few months while we conducted this search and I would like to thank my fellow Board members and the staff of NPH USA for their support, and the executive team for their leadership during this transition.

Please join me and the Board of Directors in congratulating Casey and welcoming him to his new role as President and CEO of NPH USA. He is looking forward to meeting and collaborating with you. NPH USA has the best, most passionate and generous donors and volunteers in the world, and we greatly appreciate you.
