• Submit up to 5 photos
• Submit photos in any category (you may submit more than one photo per category)

• Winners will have the chance to have their photo displayed at the NPH USA Office Gallery at 945 Broadway Street NE, Suite 230, in Minneapolis for the year. The grand prize will be featured on our office post cards used throughout 2018.
• Winners will be announced at the Holiday Party and Photo Gallery Opening on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Short Story & Poetry

• Submit stories or poetry to be shared at the Holiday Party and Photo Gallery Opening on December 7, 2017.
• Limited to 1,500 words or less.
• Upload files as .doc, .docx or .pdf.
