Twenty years ago, NPH Bolivia opened its doors with one mission: to provide vulnerable children with the love, dignity, and support they deserve. Today, we celebrate two decades of transformation, filled with gratitude, pride, and hope for the future.
To mark this incredible milestone, our community at NPH Bolivia came together for a series of events that honored the journey we’ve shared—and the bright road ahead.
We kicked off the festivities on April 5 with a joyful day of games and reflection alongside the children, adolescents, and dedicated staff of NPH Bolivia. As our Director of Fundraising, Iván Parra, reminded everyone, “You are the stories that inspire.” It was a powerful message to our youth: your dreams matter, and you are already enough.
The next day, we gathered for a Thanksgiving Mass, bringing together children, staff, community members, and alumni to give thanks and celebrate the legacy we’ve built together.
On April 8, we hosted our Dinner for Allies—an emotional and heartfelt evening where we shared our successes, challenges, and vision for the future. Among the most moving moments was a gallery of hand-drawn artwork from our teens, each piece personalized with a donor’s name and a message of hope.

Your regular support, no matter what you can give, helps provide for basic necessities so that children do more than survive; they thrive.
“NPH didn’t just give me a home — they gave me a future. Here, I learned to dream without fear.”
She reflected on NPH Bolivia’s evolution—from providing shelter and food to fostering identity, dignity, and opportunity. In recent years, we’ve reimagined our model. Today, we go beyond residential care, focusing on family reintegration, youth empowerment, and the upcoming launch of our first Community Family Center in 2025—a space designed to support vulnerable families and prevent separation before it happens.
To honor Children’s Day in Bolivia, we hosted the “NPH Cup – 20 Years of Inspiring Stories” on April 12. Boys and girls from NPH Bolivia competed in U17 matches against teams from Santa Cruz and nearby communities. It was more than just a tournament—it was a celebration of pride, unity, and motivation for the next generation.
