NPH USA is honored to announce that The Life and Times of Esmeralda – An NPH Story has been recognized with two Silver Awards at the 2025 Anthem Awards. The film received distinctions in:
The Anthem Awards celebrate purpose-driven work that advances education, humanitarian service, health, responsible technology, sustainability, and human rights.
The short film shares the story of Esmeralda, an NPH Guatemala beneficiary who persevered through a difficult childhood with the support of NPH. With access to education, medical care, and a caring community, she became an English teacher and active volunteer. Today, she continues to inspire her community and countless children across our NPH homes.
This recognition highlights both the impact of Esmeralda’s journey and the mission of NPH USA to support families, transform lives, and help children realize their dreams. It also reflects the commitment of the NPH teams who care for children every day, the staff and storytellers who amplify their voices, and the generous donors who make this work possible.
As we celebrate this milestone, we invite you to stay connected and help us continue this important work.
Your regular support, no matter what you can give, helps provide for basic necessities so that children do more than survive; they thrive.
“NPH didn’t just give me a home — they gave me a future. Here, I learned to dream without fear.”
