NPH USA is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Rayno as the organization’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2025.
Jennifer has devoted more than two decades to advancing the work of NPH and St. Damien Pediatric Hospital in Haiti. As Vice President of Donor Relations and leader of the St. Damien Pediatric Hospital Fund, she strengthened national fundraising efforts, raised millions of dollars to support the hospital, expanded donor engagement, and championed critical support for children and families in Haiti and across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Under Jennifer’s leadership, NPH USA will continue its focus on strengthening community programs, supporting education and healthcare initiatives, and building sustainable partnerships that empower children and families to break the cycle of poverty.
The NPH USA Board of Directors extends its heartfelt gratitude to the organization’s staff, volunteers, and donors for their continued support and faith in the mission of NPH.
The decision follows a comprehensive and prayerful search led by the NPH USA Board of Directors, which identified key attributes essential for this role: a proven record in fundraising, strong team leadership, fiscal responsibility, integrity, and a deep passion for the NPH mission.
Your regular support, no matter what you can give, helps provide for basic necessities so that children do more than survive; they thrive.
"Jennifer has guided NPH USA with grace and purpose through a time of transition. Her vision, integrity, and commitment to the children and families we serve make her the ideal leader to carry our mission forward."
