We are excited to honor Nohemí Hernandez Medrano and Reinhart Koehler at our annual NPH Seattle Gala on Saturday, October 26, 2024, while paying tribute to their phenomenal, inspiring and change-making service to NPH for over forty years! Nohemi and Reinhart have dedicated their lives to the children of NPH and as we honor them, we invite your support.

In 1986, Father Wasson asked Reinhart and Father Rick Frechette to become co-founders of an NPH home in Honduras. Reinhart, alongside his wife, Nohemí (Momo) Hernandez Medrano, who spearheaded NPH’s Montessori efforts in Honduras, have dedicated their lives to creating a loving and caring environment for orphaned and abandoned children. We are honored to celebrate this extraordinary couple and the deep relationships they have established here in the Pacific Northwest and beyond over many decades.

We are accepting tributes in their name via a “Tribute Book” that will be presented at the 2024 Seattle Gala. This is a wonderful opportunity for family and friends to share a special message of appreciation. All funds raised from tributes will be used for basic needs for the children that are in NPH’s care, including nutrition, education, and health care. Your message and artwork will be featured on the printed Tribute Books that will be available at the Seattle Gala on October 26, 2024.
