Jennifer A. Rayno is the CEO of NPH USA. Jennifer has devoted more than two decades to advancing the work of NPH and St. Damien Pediatric Hospital in Haiti. Under Jennifer’s leadership, NPH USA focuses on strengthening community programs, supporting education and healthcare initiatives, and building sustainable partnershipsthat empower children and families to break the cycle of poverty.
Joseph K. Thiegs, J.D., FCEP is President and owner of the consulting firm Generoworks, where he specializes in planned giving, values-based estate planning, and family philanthropic advising. He also is a Senior Vice President and associate of the national values-based estate planning firm Thompson & Associates. Before launching his career in estate planning consulting in 2018, Joe was the Planned Giving Director at Minnesota Public Radio and American Public Media. Before that, he worked as Associate Director of Advancement at the University of Minnesota Law School, as a Planned Giving Officer at the University of Minnesota Foundation, and as an estate planning attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. He holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. Joe’s sister served for one year as an NPH USA International Volunteer at NPH Nicaragua.
