NPH is a conscious participant in the ongoing global effort to educate, support, and empower women and girls to realize their fullest potential. Through our St. Damien Pediatric Hospital in Haiti, our safe homes, schools, clinics, and programs, we not only lift thousands of girls out of poverty and despair each year, but these empowered women then go on to benefit the social, political, and economic stability of the communities where they live.
Please join us in our international campaign to Celebrate Her, as we highlight the injustices of gender inequity and how your support of NPH and St. Damien Pediatric Hospital can be life-changing for vulnerable girls in Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Peru.
International Women’s Day is a wake-up call. We do have power to help the powerless. Together, we can change the lives of girls and women–sisters, daughters, mothers—in dire need of our support to just feel safe; be given the chance to learn; to grow into women who are able live secure, productive, and fulfilling lives.

Other Ways to Help
The actions of leaders speak louder than words. We proudly announce that our NPH USA Board members, at both national and regional levels, have rallied to support Celebrate Her fundraising efforts with generous donations and a Challenge. Currently 20 leaders have stepped forward with commitments totaling more than $66,000 as a way of mobilizing others to Join the Movement and give a gift in support of Women’s empowerment! We ask that you please join these current and former board members. Together, we can give vulnerable girls the security, education, care, and opportunity they desperately need to be safe and to succeed. THANK YOU!
